When your break covers two price rates, the week in which the greater number of nights are taken applies. Where an equal number of nights falls in each price band, the average of the two weekly rates applies.
If there is a maximum of two people in your holiday party (or two with a child under the age of four) and you book a two bedroom holiday home, you qualify for one of the following reductions and can save over £100. Only on a 1 week holiday.
For children up to five years old (up to a maximum of two children) on holidays completed by 19th July or starting 6th September onwards! Not available during peak holiday weeks.

You are entitled to a half price holiday if you have already taken a week holiday at full price earlier in the year. Available on week bookings from 27th September to 25th October. Offer does not include all caravans. Not transferable.
Book your 2009 holiday during your stay with us in 2008 and you will not only secure your choice of holiday home, but also pay 2008 prices! Where dates of Bank Holiday weeks change from year to year, the respective 2008 rate will apply in 2009. If you're new to Waterside, we aim to have our 2009 prices on the website for October 2008.
